The best vocation is the one you choose because you love it, because it inspires you.

At EI, we believe that talent flourishes when it’s given the chance to shine. That’s why we are committed to providing vocational guidance that helps high school students from low-income communities discover their true calling and prepare for university life.
As the year comes to a close, 17 of our students are graduating from high school, each one dreaming of continuing to university next year. Their chosen fields include veterinary science, medicine, agriculture, and other related fields—careers that reflect a well-defined vision for their futures.

This journey of discovery began years ago. Our students start participating in vocational workshops as early as 9th grade. By the time they reach 11th grade, they engage in career assessments, university field trips, and hands-on learning experiences that help them identify their strengths and passions. Through this process, they gain the confidence and clarity they need to pursue higher education with determination and purpose.
Parents also participate in meetings before their children apply to university. This involvement helps them understand the new journey their children will undertake and raises awareness about the importance of their support.
Your Support Makes Every Story Possible!

Thanks to the generosity of our Padrinos and Madrinas, more young people are breaking through social and economic barriers to achieve their dreams of higher education.
However, not all of our graduates yet have a sponsor to support their next chapter at university. If you have the opportunity, we invite you to consider sponsoring a student—helping them continue their studies and turn their dreams into reality.
